Functies
• Single-chip programmeerbare USB dual-role (Host/Peripheral) controller met twee configureerbare Serial Interface Engines (SIE's) en twee USB-poorten
• Ondersteunt het USB OTG-protocol
• On-chip 48-MHz 16-bit processor met dynamisch schakelbare kloksnelheid
• Configureerbaar IO-blok ondersteunt verschillende IO-opties of tot 25 bits General Purpose IO (GPIO)
• 4K × 16 intern masker-ROM bevat ingebouwd BIOS dat een communicatiegereed-status ondersteunt met toegang tot I2C™ EEPROM-interface, extern ROM, UART of USB
• 8K x 16 intern RAM voor code- en gegevensbuffering
• 16-bits parallelle hostpoortinterface (HPI) met DMA/Mailbox-gegevenspad voor een externe processor om rechtstreeks toegang te krijgen tot al het geheugen op de chip en SIE's op de chip te besturen
• Snelle seriële poort ondersteunt van 9600 baud tot 2,0M baud
